  • •Provides downloadable PDF versions of optimized CVs

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • •Not upload content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • •Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • •Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • •Review and verify all AI-generated suggestions before using them

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • •We do not guarantee that optimized CVs will result in job offers or interviews

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original CV content and personal information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by AI-CV B.V. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Certain features of the Service, including PDF downloads, require payment. All prices are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate delivery, refunds are generally not available once a PDF has been generated and downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your optimized CV, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-CV B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or job opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee any particular results from using the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
